Treatment Team Roles
Oversees clinical team and provides psychiatric care to Paragon residents. As a board certified child and adolescent psychiatrist, Dr. Joseph has received specialized training in all aspects of care of mentally ill and/or addicted children and adolescents.
Oversees day to day operations of facility.
Family and Individual Therapists
Fully licensed, Masters level therapists experienced in helping families cope better with the challenges of childhood psychiatric disorders.
The Social Workers will help guide treatment planning, facilitate psychoeducation groups and act as the case manager for each resident.
Master’s level therapists experienced in providing various types of group therapy to teach, practice and discuss skills including independent living skills, recreation, social skills, vocational skills, relationships skills and self-esteem.
Staff members trained to support residents throughout the day. Residential counselors are present 24 hours/7 days a week to provide support, counseling and supervision.
Licensed nurses with specialized training in caring for psychiatrically ill youth.
Responds to all incoming inquiries, provides program information and supports new residents and their families in navigating the admissions process from first phone call to admissions day.
Supports program staff members through scheduling, training and compliance with state regulations.
